commercial license. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any person who lawfully possesses a valid Oklahoma Class A, B or C commercial license shall be entitled to operate a Class D motor vehicle or motorcycle or motor-driven cycle in accordance with the driver license granted and the endorsements thereon until the expiration of said license, except for any period of time in which the license has been canceled, suspended or revoked.
