Oklahoma Code § 47-596.16

Title 47. Motor Vehicles: Remedies

A.  In addition to any remedy available under the provisions of
the Recreational Vehicle Franchise Act or otherwise available by
law, a manufacturer, warrantor, or dealer may apply to the court for
the grant, after a hearing and for cause shown, of a temporary or
permanent injunction or other equitable relief restraining any
person from doing any of the following:
1.  Acting as a dealer without a proper license;
2.  Violating or continuing to violate the provisions of the
Recreational Vehicle Franchise Act.  A single violation of the
provisions of the Recreational Vehicle Franchise Act shall be a
sufficient basis for the court to grant equitable relief under this
section; or
3.  Failing or refusing to comply with any requirement of the
provisions of the Recreational Vehicle Franchise Act.
B.  The court shall not require a bond as a condition to the
grant of equitable relief under this section.
C.  If, on January 1, 2011, a dealership does not meet the
requirements of the definition of established place of business as
defined in Section 596.1 of this title, the dealership shall be
eligible for licensing by the Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission
for that location.  If the dealership moves the dealership to a new
location, the new dealership shall comply with the requirements of
the definition of established place of business as defined in
Section 596.1 of this title.
