Title 47. Motor Vehicles: Injunctions

The Commission is hereby authorized, without cost bond or
deposit, to institute injunctive actions in courts of competent
jurisdiction, in the name of the state on the relation of said
Commission, to enforce the provisions of Sections 16 through 20 of
this act.  Any licensee or other person who violates or threatens to
violate any provision of this act or rule or regulation enacted
thereunder may be enjoined from committing or continuing the
violation or engaging in the business for which a license has been
issued under this act, in an action brought by any person who will
be or is damaged or aggrieved by the violation or threatened
violation.
