Title 47. Motor Vehicles: Certificate of registration for new motor vehicle or

powersports vehicle salesperson — Penalties.
It shall be punishable by an administrative fine not to exceed
Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for any person, resident, or
nonresident to engage in business as, or serve in the capacity of, a
new motor vehicle salesperson or powersports vehicle salesperson in
this state without first obtaining a certificate of registration
with the Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission.  The cost of
registration for each new salesperson shall be set at Twenty-five
Dollars ($25.00) to be renewed annually.  The cost of registration
and any administrative fine is to be borne by the salesperson’s
employing entity.  The Commission shall promulgate rules and

procedures necessary for the implementation and creation of the
registry and the issuance of certificates of registration.
