Oklahoma Code § 47-435

Title 47. Motor Vehicles: Violation a misdemeanor - Punishment

Any person violating any provision of this act shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor, and shall upon conviction thereof be punished by a
fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than
Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in the county
jail for not more than one (1) year; or by both such fine and
imprisonment.
