Oklahoma Code § 47-226.3

Title 47. Motor Vehicles: Violations

Any person, firm or corporation operating or causing to be
operated an auto bus, as herein defined, contrary to the provisions
of Section 2 hereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in an amount not
to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment in the
county jail for a period not to exceed one (1) year or by both such
fine and imprisonment, and each day any auto bus is operated in
violation of this act shall be a separate offense.
