A. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Department of Public Safety, to be designated the "Department of Public Safety Restricted Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and shall be budgeted and expended by the Department of Public Safety for the restricted purposes of the monies as prescribed by law. Expenditures from said funds shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment. B. Any statutory references to the Department of Public Safety Revolving Fund shall mean the Department of Public Safety Restricted Revolving Fund, as provided for in this section, whenever the expenditure of the monies is restricted by law. C. The Department of Public Safety shall transfer all funds, for which expenditure is restricted by law, from the Department of Public Safety Revolving Fund to the Department of Public Safety Restricted Revolving Fund.
