The Department of Public Safety is hereby authorized to make available for sale used vehicles and used emergency vehicle equipment to any federal, state, county or municipal agency, public school district, or any reserve deputy, reserve officer, or firefighter who furnishes their own vehicle for the performance of their duty. B. The Department of Public Safety is hereby authorized to make available for sale at public auction any used vehicles, used emergency vehicle equipment, and any property forfeited to the Department. C. The Department of Public Safety shall promulgate rules for the sale and auction of used vehicles, used emergency vehicle equipment, and forfeited property.
