Oklahoma Code § 47-171

Title 47. Motor Vehicles: Appropriation - Extra help for Corporation Commission

All monies accruing to the "Corporation Commission Revolving
Fund" are hereby appropriated to the Corporation Commission.
The Corporation Commission is hereby authorized and empowered to
employ such extra help as may be necessary to carry out the

provisions of this act for the enforcement of the law and the
collection of taxes set forth herein, said employees to be paid from
the appropriations made in this section.  Provided, such employees
shall be paid such salaries or compensation as is paid for similar
service in this state in the same or other departments of the state.
The Corporation Commission is hereby authorized to pay from the
"Corporation Commission Revolving Fund" such extra operating
expenses as may be attributable to the enforcement of this act, in
the same manner and form as other expenses are paid.
Provided further, such employees shall be such extra help as may
be in the judgment of the Corporation Commission necessary to aid in
the enforcement of this act in addition to the positions hereinafter
created; the salaries and expenses of the positions hereinafter
created shall be paid out of funds appropriated by the general
departmental appropriations act.
