Title 47. Motor Vehicles: Application and filing fees

A.  Upon the filing of an application to operate as a motor
carrier of household goods, the applicant shall pay to the
Corporation Commission a filing fee as set by Commission rule.
B.  Upon the filing by an interstate motor carrier of an
application to register interstate authority, or supplement thereto,
the applicant shall pay the Commission a filing fee as established
by the Commission and in full compliance with applicable federal
laws.
C.  The Commission shall, upon the receipt of any such fee,
deposit the same in the State Treasury to the credit of the
Corporation Commission Revolving Fund.
