Oklahoma Code § 47-155

Title 47. Motor Vehicles: Misdemeanor - Violations of Act - Penalty

Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be
punished by a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00),
nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in
the county jail for not less than thirty (30) days, nor more than
six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
