Title 47. Motor Vehicles: Power of Attorney General or district attorney

In addition to the power of the Attorney General or any district
attorney to institute civil proceedings under Section 6 of this act,
the Attorney General or any district attorney is empowered to
institute criminal prosecutions for a violation of Section 3 of this
act in any court of competent jurisdiction.
