Oklahoma Code § 47-1107.2

Title 47. Motor Vehicles: Odometer disclosure statement - Exempted vehicles

A transferor of any of the following vehicles shall not be
required to execute an odometer disclosure statement;
1.  A vehicle having a gross vehicle weight rating of more than
sixteen thousand (16,000) pounds;
2.  A vehicle that is not self-propelled;
3.  A vehicle that was manufactured in or before the 2010 model
year;
4.  A vehicle manufactured in or after the 2011 model year that
is transferred at least twenty (20) years after January 1 of the
calendar year corresponding to its designated model year;
5.  A vehicle sold directly by the manufacturer to any agency of
the United States in conformity with contractual specifications;
6.  An all-terrain vehicle;
7.  A motorcycle used exclusively off-road;
8.  A new motor vehicle prior to its transfer to the first
retail purchaser; or
9.  A utility vehicle.
