Oklahoma Code § 46-21

Title 46. Mortgages: Violation - Penalty

Any mortgagee who fails to comply with the provisions of this
act shall be subject to a penalty in the amount of One Hundred
Dollars ($100.00).  The penalty imposed herein shall be recoverable
by the buyer, plus all costs of any action, including a reasonable
attorney fee, to recover the penalty.
