Title 45. Mines And Mining: Federally inspected reclamation activities

During any action under which the Office of Surface Mining,
Department of the Interior, assumes responsibility for the
inspection and enforcement of surface coal mining and reclamation
activities in the State of Oklahoma under the authority granted by
30 U.S.C. 1271, the Department may inspect such surface coal mining

and reclamation activities on a less frequent basis than required
under Section 766 of Title 45 of the Oklahoma Statutes until full
authority for inspection and enforcement is regained from the Office
of Surface Mining.
