Oklahoma Code § 45-1.4

Title 45. Mines And Mining: Inspection of mines - Mining records

The Chief Mine Inspector or his duly authorized representative
shall have the power to enter at reasonable times upon any private
or public property for the purpose of inspecting and investigating
conditions relating to the health and safety of anyone employed in a
mine in this state or to carry out its duties as required by this
title.
The Board may require the maintenance of records relating to
mining.  Copies of such records shall be submitted to the Board on
request.
