Title 44. Militia: Procedure for courts-martial

ARTICLE 36.  Procedure for courts-martial.
A.  The procedure, in all cases tried by courts-martial under
the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice, shall be the federal
Rules for Courts-Martial, as prescribed in the most recent edition
of the Manual for Courts-Martial, United States, including all
amendments thereto adopted from time to time, except when such rules
are contrary to or inconsistent with the Code.
B.  The federal Military Rules of Evidence shall govern the
modes of proof in all cases tried by courts-martial under the Code,
as prescribed in the most recent edition of the Manual for Courts-
Martial, United States, including all amendments thereto adopted
from time to time, except when such rules are contrary to or
inconsistent with the Code.
C.  The Governor or Adjutant General may promulgate additional
regulations applicable to courts-martial procedure.  All regulations
made under this section shall be uniform insofar as practicable.
