Oklahoma Code § 44-4

Title 44. Militia: Partial invalidity

If any clause, sentence, paragraph, provision, or part of this
act be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be
unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such shall not affect, impair
or invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined to the
clause, sentence, paragraph, provision, or section thereof directly
involved in the controversy in which such judgment is rendered.  The
Legislature hereby declares that it intended separately to enact
every sentence, part, clause, provision, and section of this act.
