Oklahoma Code § 43A-7-103

Title 43A. Mental Health: Clothing and expenses upon release

No consumer shall be discharged or granted convalescent leave
status from a state hospital without suitable clothing adapted to
the season in which the consumer is discharged or granted
convalescent leave status; and if it cannot be otherwise obtained,
the business manager of the facility shall, upon the order of the
executive director, furnish the same, and reasonable transportation
costs and money not to exceed Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00), to
defray the expenses of the consumer until the consumer can reach
relatives or friends, or find employment to earn a subsistence.
