Oklahoma Code § 43A-6-101

Title 43A. Mental Health: Nonresident consumers - Transfer to state of residence

Nonresidents who have been admitted as consumers to a facility
within the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services

in accordance with the provisions of this title may be transferred
by the Commissioner of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to
similar institutions within the state where they reside.  The
Commissioner shall make arrangements with the appropriate agency in
other states to facilitate the orderly transfer of nonresidents to
the state in which they reside.
