Oklahoma Code § 43A-5-301.1

Title 43A. Mental Health: Person defined

As used in the Mental Hospital Voluntary Admission Procedures
Act, "person" shall include:
1.  An individual eighteen (18) years of age or older; or
2.  A court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem or an individual given
the power of attorney to make medical decisions for the individual.
