Oklahoma Code § 40-88

Title 40. Labor: Penalties for violating this chapter

Any person who is in willful violation of any of the provisions
of Section 71 et seq. of this title shall, upon conviction, be
guilty of a misdemeanor and, for each offense, shall be subject to a
fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or
imprisonment for not less than ten (10) nor more than thirty (30)
days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
