COMMISSION SHALL PUBLISH RULES. The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission shall cause the text of Section 1-101 et seq. of this title, the Commission's rules, its annual reports to the Governor and any other material the Commission deems relevant and suitable to be published on the Commission website in a manner that can be accessed by the general public.
