Title 40. Labor: Commission to ensure compliance

COMMISSION TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE.  In the administration of the
provisions of this Part which are enacted to conform with the
requirements of the Federal-State Extended Unemployment Compensation
Act of 1970, and the Unemployment Compensation Amendments of 1976,
the Commission shall take such action as may be necessary to ensure
that the provisions are so interpreted and applied so as to meet the
requirements of such federal act as interpreted by the Department of
Labor of the United States, and to secure to this state the full
reimbursement of the federal share of extended benefits paid under
this act that are reimbursable under the federal act.
