Review. APPEALS FROM TRIBUNAL REFEREE DECISIONS TO BOARD OF REVIEW. The Board of Review shall review the record of an appeal filed by any of the parties entitled to notice on a determination of an appeal tribunal referee. On appeal, the Board of Review may affirm, modify, reverse, or remand any decision of an appeal tribunal referee on the basis of evidence previously submitted, or on the basis of additional evidence received by an appeal tribunal referee on remand. The Board of Review shall promptly notify the parties of its decision in writing, and the decision shall be final unless within thirty (30) days after notice is deemed given, a proceeding for judicial review is initiated pursuant to Section 2-610 of this title.
