Oklahoma Code § 40-2-304

Title 40. Labor: Deduction of health insurance premiums

Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 2-301 and 2-303 of
Title 40 of the Oklahoma Statutes, nothing shall be construed to
prohibit the deduction of an amount from unemployment compensation
otherwise payable to an individual to pay for health insurance

premiums if such individual elected to have such deduction made and
such deduction is made under a program approved by the United States
Secretary of Labor.  For purposes of this section, the term
"premium" shall only include the sum of money agreed to be paid by
the insured individual to the underwriter as consideration for the
insurance.
