Title 40. Labor: Discrimination prohibited in public work contracts

All contracts of the State of Oklahoma for the construction of
public works shall contain, and be construed as containing, a clause
providing that discrimination by reason of race, creed or color will
not be practiced by the contractor in employment of those who
furnish labor or materials, nor will it be permitted by the
department or agency procuring the construction of the public work
for which the contract is executed.
