Oklahoma Code § 4-147

Title 4. Animals: Recorded fence division - Effect on owners and successors

When a division of fence between the owners of improved land
shall have been made, either by fence viewers or agreement in
writing, and is recorded in the office of the county clerk of the
county where the lands are, the owners and their heirs and assigns
shall be bound thereby, and shall support them accordingly.
