Oklahoma Code § 4-145

Title 4. Animals: Opening field for use as commons - Notice

In the case mentioned in the preceding section, when one of the
owners desires to throw open any portion of his field not less than
sixteen (16) feet in width and leave it unenclosed to be used as a
commons by the public, he shall first give the other party six (6)
months' notice thereof.
