with equipment to influence winning of prize – Penalty. A. Any person who, with intent to defraud, falsely makes, alters, forges, utters, passes, or counterfeits a state lottery ticket shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), or by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or by both such fine and imprisonment. B. Any person who influences or attempts to influence the winning of a prize through the use of coercion, fraud, deception, or tampering with lottery equipment or materials shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), or by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
