Title 3A. Amusements And Sports: Prices of tickets or shares – Restrictions on sales

A.  No person shall sell a ticket or share at a price other than
established by the Oklahoma Lottery Commission unless authorized in
writing by the executive director.  No person other than a duly
certified lottery retailer shall sell lottery tickets or shares.
This subsection shall not be construed to prevent a person who may
lawfully purchase tickets or shares from making a gift of lottery
tickets or shares to another.  Nothing in the Oklahoma Education
Lottery Act shall be construed to prohibit the Commission from
designating certain of its agents and employees to sell or give
lottery tickets or shares directly to the public.
B.  Lottery tickets or shares may be given by retailers as a
means of promoting goods or services to customers or prospective
customers eighteen (18) years of age or older subject to prior
approval by the Commission.
C.  No lottery retailer shall sell a lottery ticket or share
except from the locations listed in the contract of the retailer and
as evidenced by the certificate of authorization unless the
Commission authorizes in writing any temporary location not listed
in the contract.

D.  No lottery tickets or shares shall be sold or given to
persons under eighteen (18) years of age, and no prize or any
portion of a prize shall be paid upon any ticket that was purchased
by a person under eighteen (18) years of age.
