Oklahoma Code § 3A-424

Title 3A. Amusements And Sports: Penalties

Any person or persons convicted of violating the provisions of
the Oklahoma Charity Games Act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
punishable by incarceration for a period of not less than six (6)

months, but not to exceed one (1) year and by a fine of not less
than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
Added by Laws 1992, c. 328, § 25, eff. Dec. 1, 1992, and adopted by
State Question No. 650, Legislative Referendum No. 294, at election
held Nov. 3, 1992.  Amended by Laws 1997, c. 280, § 13, eff. July 1,
1997.
