Oklahoma Code § 3A-406

Title 3A. Amusements And Sports: Refusal to issue, denial of renewal, suspension, or

revocation of distributor or manufacturer license.
A.  The Commission shall refuse to issue, deny renewal, suspend,
or revoke a distributor license or a manufacturer license for any
individual who:
1.  Is not a citizen of the United States; or
2.  Has been convicted, pled guilty, or pled nolo contendere to
a felony pursuant to the laws of the United States, the District of
Columbia, or any state or territory of the United States.
B.  The Commission shall refuse to issue, deny renewal, suspend
or revoke a distributor license or a manufacturer license for a
partnership if a partner of the partnership has been convicted, pled
guilty, or pled nolo contendere to a felony pursuant to the laws of
the United States, the District of Columbia, or any state or
territory of the United States.
C.  The Commission shall refuse to issue a distributor license
or a manufacturer license for a corporation which has an officer or
stockholder owning more than ten percent (10%) of the corporate
stock who has been convicted, pled guilty, or pled nolo contendere
to a felony pursuant to the laws of the United States, the District
of Columbia, or any state or territory of the United States.
