Title 3A. Amusements And Sports: Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission Operational Expenses

Revolving Fund.
There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
for the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission to be designated as the
"Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission Operational Expenses Revolving
Fund".  The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal
year limitations or reconciliation, and shall consist of all monies
received by the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission from revenues
apportioned to the fund by Sections 205.6 and 263 of Title 3A of the
Oklahoma Statutes, together with all monies from fines, fees,
reimbursements, assessments and sale of materials which are
collected or received by the Commission and all monies retained by
the Commission under the provisions of Title 3A of the Oklahoma
Statutes.  All monies accrued to the credit of the fund are hereby

appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Commission to
pay the costs, both direct and indirect, of the Commission.
Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by
the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with
the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for
approval and payment.
