Oklahoma Code § 37A-6-104

Title 37A. Alcoholic Beverages: Prohibited acts of wholesaler licensees

No wine or spirits wholesaler licensee shall sell or deliver,
and no wine or spirits retail licensee shall receive:
1.  Any amount of spirits or wines to any licensee on Sunday; or
2.  Any amount of spirits or wines to any licensee on New Year's
Day, the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.

Laws 2017, c. 364, § 24, eff. Oct. 1, 2018.
NOTE:  Laws 2016, c. 366, was conditionally effective upon passage
of State Question No. 792, Legislative Referendum No. 370, which was
adopted at election held on Nov. 8, 2016.
