Title 37A. Alcoholic Beverages: Display of license

All licenses issued pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma
Alcoholic Beverage Control Act shall be displayed in a conspicuous

place at all times on the licensed premises.  No licensee may
consent to or allow the use or display of the license by a person
other than the person to whom the license was issued.  No person may
use a license or exercise any privileges granted by the license
except at the place, address, premises or location for which the
license is issued, except as otherwise provided by the Oklahoma
Alcoholic Beverage Control Act.
If the mixed beverage, caterer, public event or bottle club
license for a licensed premises is suspended or revoked by the ABLE
Commission, all other licenses issued by the ABLE Commission for
such premises shall cease to be valid.  If a mixed beverage,
caterer, public event or bottle club license is suspended or revoked
for any licensed premises, this shall not invalidate licenses held
by the licensee for other licensed premises.
