Title 37A. Alcoholic Beverages: Restriction against additional licenses or permits

Except as provided in Sections 101 and 102 of this act with
respect to cities, towns and counties, and except as may be provided
under Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes with respect to the Oklahoma
Tax Commission, no license or permit other than licenses as provided
under the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act shall be required
of any licensee by any agency, instrumentality or political
subdivision of this state to engage in any activity covered by the
Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act anywhere within the State of
Oklahoma and no agency, instrumentality or political subdivision of
this state shall interfere with the regulation of the ABLE
Commission, or the performance of a wholesaler with respect to the
sale, distribution, possession, handling or marketing of alcoholic
beverages on any premises of any licensee as defined in Section 3 of
this act.

NOTE:  Laws 2016, c. 366, was conditionally effective upon passage
of State Question No. 792, Legislative Referendum No. 370, which was
adopted at election held on Nov. 8, 2016.
