Title 36. Insurance: Violations - Punishment

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions
of the Perpetual Care Fund Act shall, upon conviction, be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less
than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00).
