Title 36. Insurance: Organization of mutual holding company — Requirements

A mutual holding company that results from the reorganization of
a domestic mutual insurance company organized under this act must be
organized in accordance with Title 18 of the Oklahoma Statutes.  The
articles of incorporation, and any amendments to those articles, of
the mutual holding company are subject to approval of the Oklahoma
Insurance Commissioner in the same manner as those of a mutual
insurance company.
