Oklahoma Code § 36-6565

Title 36. Insurance: Civil fines

For any violation of the provisions of the Hospital and Medical
Services Utilization Review Act or any rule adopted pursuant
thereto, the Insurance Commissioner may, upon notice and hearing,
subject a person or entity to a civil fine of not less than One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) for each occurrence.
