Title 36. Insurance: Assets to protect purchasers

The State Insurance Commissioner shall require all risk
insurance groups to have appropriate reserves in Oklahoma, other
assets, or a corporate surety bond to protect purchasers in case of
bankruptcy, withholding of unearned premiums, or failure to pay
benefits.
