Title 36. Insurance: Violations - Penalties

Violation of any provision of the Life Insurance and Annuity
Policyholders Protection Act may result in censure, suspension, or
revocation of the insurance license or certificate or a fine of no
more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per incident, or both.
