Title 36. Insurance: Violations - Penalties

Violation of any provision of the Life, Accident and Health
Insurance Policy Language Simplification Act may result in censure
of the insurer, corporation or organization found to be in
violation, suspension or revocation of the certificate or license of
said insurer, corporation, or organization, or a fine of not more
than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per incident, or any
combination of such penalties.
