Oklahoma Code § 36-3635

Title 36. Insurance: "Motor vehicle" defined

The term "motor vehicle" as used in this act means and includes
a self-propelled land motor vehicle designed for use principally

upon public roads or streets but does not mean or include crawler or
farm-type tractors, farm implements and, if not subject to motor
vehicle registration, any equipment which is designed for use
principally off public roads and streets.
