Oklahoma Code § 36-3633

Title 36. Insurance: Policies issued in violation of Code; penalty

Any insurer or corporation, or any officer or agent thereof,
issuing or delivering to any person in this state any policy in
willful violation of any provision of this Code shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor.
