Title 36. Insurance: Judicial review

A.  Any person aggrieved by a final order of the Insurance
Commissioner may obtain judicial review in accordance with the
Administrative Procedures Act.  The venue of any such action shall
be in the district court of Oklahoma County.  A copy of such
petition shall also forthwith be served upon the Insurance
Commissioner and other parties in interest, if any, and the
Insurance Commissioner shall thereupon certify and file in such
court a transcript of the record of such hearing and a copy of the
order appealed from.
B.  Upon filing of the petition the court shall have full
jurisdiction, and shall determine whether such filing shall operate
as a stay of the order appealed from.
