Title 36. Insurance: Membership; voting rights

Corporations organized under this act shall be mutual
corporations and every person who holds a contract with the
corporation shall be a member of the corporation and shall be
entitled to one or more votes based upon the number of contracts
held, and such members may vote in person or by proxy.
