Title 36. Insurance: Misdemeanor; violation of article

Any officer of a corporation subject to the provisions of this
article, and any person or agent representing such corporation, who
shall transact, or attempt to transact, in any manner whatever, any
business in this state until such corporation has complied with the
provisions of this article, or any person who shall violate any of

the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not less
than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Five Hundred
Dollars ($500.00).
