Title 36. Insurance: Minimum reserves and surplus

The total of the reserves and surplus of a trust organized under
the Oklahoma Medical Professional Liability Trusts Act, in excess of
the amount necessary to support the trust’s retention, must equal or
exceed forty percent (40%) of a range of values that makes
reasonable provision for losses and loss expenses.
