Title 36. Insurance: Review of actions

During the period of supervision or conservatorship, the insurer
may request the Commissioner to review an action taken or proposed

to be taken by the supervisor or conservator, specifying wherein the
action complained of is believed not to be in the best interest of
the insurer, and such request shall stay the action specified
pending review of such action by the Commissioner whose decision
shall be final, subject to judicial review under the Administrative
Procedures Act.
